The OE team at GTRC is built on the philosophy of Lean Six Sigma and uses the DMAIC methodology to address and action our pressing business needs. By executing a number of carefully chosen Green Belt projects and Kaizen events, we are able to simultaneously  improve quality, lower costs and increase speed in every aspect of the business.  

To us, Lean Six Sigma is not just an ideology, but  a way of life.
